How to Enter

2. Complete the entry form
    
3. Submit your work. Entries must be received at Stanford University Libraries on or before January 30, 2026.

For hard copy book submissions:
Send 5 copies of the publication and $50 submission fee, if paying by check rather than credit card, to:

Stanford, CA 94305

For e-book submissions:
An electronic file of the book will be accepted only if the book is not available in hard copy form.

Email a PDF file of your book to sonialee@stanford.edu. PDFs with watermarks will not be accepted.

If you did not pay the $50 registration fee by credit card, you may mail a check to the address above.

Make checks payable to Stanford University.

Do not send press kits, reviews, book marks, etc. - they will be discarded.

You do not need to include a copy of the registration confirmation email with your package.
